GOODVANDAL depicts a cosmic entity much like you and I who has unexpectedly found themself alone in a vast vacuum. Following the obliteration of their home planet and after losing all familiar faces in the debris, our protagonist pervades the galaxies in search of meaning, discovering new planets and making new friends—and falling in love along the way.

As fate should have it, their heart is broken by someone they thought they could trust and there is nought the young traveler longs for anymore but SPACE…. In total alienation of the happenings of other life, GOODVANDAL laments in the horror of endless solitude…. But finds there is actually much joy to be had in the shade.

"In fact," they remark jovially from within the purple, syrupy flames of a building engulfed in fire, "…this isn't so bad at all."
